I also want to add what I know about IBD recruiting, since like 75% of the applicants I looked up for ILR seem to have mentioned it on cc. IB recruiting is school wide for Cornell, and you are apparently not disadvantaged at all by being in ILR (Ian mentioned that plenty of people go into the “junior investment banking analyst roles” in his video). While I think most people from ILR that go into IB end up at BBs, EBs and even PE/Credit/Real Estate PE roles out of undergrad are possible. Take everything I say with a grain of salt though, since I obviously don’t go here.
