I checked my Sac State student portal the other day, and it told me that my pre-admission checklist was “initiated” but still needed. I checked the link they provided, and I’ve done everything on that list. Has anyone else gotten this message?

I know what you mean. In the boxes, I have “initiated” on the status column. You don’t have to worry if you are SURE that you have done everything. Where it says that you “need” do do stuff is just the description/reminder, regardless of whether you completed the tasks or not.
The paragraph the reads:
“While you await your admission decision, there are still important items that you need to complete and strict deadlines that need to be met. Click the link to the right for further details. Failure to meet these critical deadlines may result in your application being withdrawn.”
I wouldn’t worry. This is just the description.
