Hi there. I’m new to CC but have always been creeping around and reading different threads on it for a while. I recently got accepted into Deerfield as a freshman. I thought that it would be helpful if the incoming freshmen had a thread to talk and discuss classes, revisit days, impressions, and how nervous (and excited!) we are.

Sooooooo cool How’d you learn how to play? I’ve been playing for two years in middle school.
@ilovewaterpolo I learned how to play last August with my team. I didn’t have any experience at swimming before whatsoever so I had to learn how to swim while learning the rules of the game at the same time! It was crazy…

What language do you take? That’d be funny if we take the same language too, and we’re in a bunch of classes together too.
@ilovewaterpolo I want to take Spanish! Possibly Arabic. But taking 2 languages at the same time seems tough.
