1 on AP Calculus AB = rescind?

or not? does it just mean that i dont get credit?

No, AP tests don't really matter aside from credit.

just don't send your scores

It wouldn't matter. It's mainly for placement purposes. And to bluewatermelon, shouldn't have the OP already indicated that he's sending his AP scores when he took the test?

well you can cancel them..

I would have thought it's a bit late for that. My school had already received my AP scores, even before I did.

No you can't. If you know your score, the college you sent it to knew before you.

oh, okay... i don't send my scores to any colleges; i figure its better for me to just send them later in case i do horribly

Just a note: Most people don't send their AP scores until they know which school they're going to. For the applications, you just self report them.

that makes sense; plus, isn't there a fee for sending them later? i think its like $15

There's no fee for sending them when you indicate it taking the test. If however, you would like to change your school later, a fee will be charged.

I talked to an Ivy rep about sending AP scores and she said you don't have to... just self-report. Apparently, AP score reports have a tendency of getting misplaced or forgotten anyway. And there's the annoying fee.

Don't report anything below a 3. There's no point.

hallelujah!

You're fine, AP scores have no part in rescinding admission.
