So I am going to apply via the common app and had 2 teachers write me a recommendation letter. However, I know that some of my teachers recommendation will be far stronger than the other so I was thinking of just submitting teacher rec ( the univeristy only requires 1 teacher rec) , will this be look bad? If yes, how bad?
I was admitted EA OOS for the class of 2020 using only 1 teacher rec; you should be fine
If they say one letter required, then that means that having only one letter is not going to put you at a disadvantage. If you submit more, then they consider all letters submitted, not only the most favorable one.
Some schools will actually only accept one, whichever is labeled as first on common app.
