10:15 PM Feb 15 and STILL waiting?

We're still waiting for that status page to change for my son!

Is there anyone else? This is sort of cruel!

:(

i dont mean to be cruel and i really hope you get it working asap!
buuuuutt....i might be a bit happier nwo if my comp didnt work.

either way, good luck and hopefully its a good thing when you get it to work.

Same here. My daughter has been checking her status page since 5:00 pm and nothing has changed yet.

At least we're not alone.

Hopefully something will happen soon.

try a diff computer if u havent. my computer at work wouldnt work at all.

I'm debating whether or not to stay up checking. My daughter was so upset. Her friends finally made her go out to eat something. It's probably better than sitting at home worrying.

It's not the computer. We've been checking with various computers. It's the status page that has not changed.

Hey Florida Mom! You're the reason why I couldn't get Florida Mom! hah (I didn't expect it to be available anyway!).

I am glad there are others. The poor guy hasn't been able to eat. He skipped dinner. I think I have him convinced to eat the pizza I just delivered him. Our original plan was to go out to celebrate tonight.

It doesn't help that he has friends calling him with their acceptance. However, one of them just told him that all the UF applicants she knows whose last names start with an A haven't been told yet. I don't know how true that is, but it's something.

This is the day we've been waiting for (like everyone). The kid has been through 2 major cross country moves in the past 2 years and 5 different high schools total. He's managed to keep it all up throughout all the changes. I think it will be a big blow if this doesn't happen for him at UF. I just wish he applied earlier for UCF and FSU because at least he would have those in his back pocket. Right now, he has zip.

This is when parenting sucks.

I know what you mean about parenting. It's torture watching them suffer.

Our last name begins with N, so there goes the A theory. Most of my D's friends have their decisions. I only know of 2 that were rejected. They all found out before 6 pm though.

Good luck

Good luck to you and your daughter, Florida mom!

1122 and still nada

same here

We are hoping that after midnight, something magical will happen! hehe

(I think we're all LOSING IT here)

I took a nap thinking that might help but nope

You think with all the time they have known the decisions you would know7 hours after first results were announced

Talk about an emtoional rollercoaster everytime you hit refresh for several hours, at this point I have resigned myself to the probability that I am rejected seeing as they dont think my admission decision is that crucial to put up in anywhere close to a timely manner

my last name starts with an a but it worked for me... but my friend is having the same problem. i temporarily had the problem where the status page said "status page unavailable, try again", but now its back up to the "congratulations page". there was alot of trouble today as 28,000 people were trying to get to the same place, so just keep checking, it will eventually be up. if you applied by the deadline, your decision has been made, don't worry, its just the overload.

the page is available I can read the same page I have had since October, and there is no server lag now so I wonder if they arent going to do anymore batches till tommorrow or what

all offices are closed i tried to call help desk since it's the only one open but got nothing. i think all the ppl who finished their applications earlier than october got the same problem

My son finished his application just a few days before Nov 1. Still nothing.

I do have one point of paranoia: The status page reports that his HS transcript was not received until Nov 9. bites tongue regarding the adults at his school in charge of sending that stuff out

Would that matter?

We also had an issue with College Board neglecting to send his SAT scores to UF. But we had the results resent before the Dec 31 deadline. Unfortunately, it does not show on the status page one way or another whether UF has the scores.

oh man i have the same situation too, the SAT scores did not get sent to uf..or at least the status page does show that it did receive them

but it says tat i have my ACT score sent
