<h1>2 is correct. Why? Is it just because it is more terse and concise?</h1>

<p>as a buyer we are responsible would not make sense, it would have to be as buyers we are responsible, and choice #2 is logical in it’s flow.</p>

<p>Okay… in #1… the buyer is singular, but we is plural.</p>
