100 point drop asdfghjkl;' >.<

so I took one of the practice SATs (june 2005) last week. I was extremely bored and wanted to get it overwith quickly so I ignored the time limit and finished the test in 2 hours. I got the same score as my PSAT*10 so I assumed that was my level.
Today, I took another practice SAT (oct 2005) and my score dropped by 100 points...
I was fairly suprised by this outcome, as I actucally checked my work and took the entire 3 hours 30 minutes (minus experimental section).

I refuse to believe that the score can be inversly proportional to time. So WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED?

Uhm, your score will waver ±100 points from test to test. Don’t get impatient though because it’s fairly common and your score will still probably rise in the future. Different practice tests may be hard\or easier then other tests and time probably isn’t the factor though.
