<p>Richardson does have locking closets in each room–I lived there over the summer. Does Richardson get used by different people over winter break?</p>
<p>If it’s the building I think it is (the large house-like building right next to the campus center) then it’s one of several buildings used for a week or two in January for athletes who need to return to campus for practice before the rest of the dorms open.</p>
<p>Richardson is the yellow building (house) close to the library. Locking closets sound good if they’re in the room, which means it won’t require boxing up and hauling everything to another location. If anyone else knows anything more, I would appreciate knowing about it. Thanks for what I’ve got so far.</p>
<p>Metcalf is also vacated over winter break and it has blockable closets. Most people put there things in them. Haven’t heard of any thefts in the past.</p>
