1098 t - wrong SS#

<p>I just received S's 1098T and the SS# is wrong. What should I do about it? The number is entirely wrong, so I'm not sure what happened. I'm reasonably positive that S's W2 from the school has the correct SS# and all his other records are correct, but don't know for positive.</p>

<p>Contact the school (bursar’s or business office, probably). They need to do a new 1098-T.</p>
