12/31 Test Score Deadline

<p>I have applied to UF Fall '08 term, and have submitted scores from my 2 SAT dates. I took the October ACT, and I still haven't received my scores after over 2 months. I went ahead and took the December ACT since I didn't know my score from October yet. I spoke to someone at ACT, and he said that my test would be up in the next score posting. Since they are not working on Wednesday (damn Christmas!!), this would be Friday the 28th. The ACT rep told me that they are submitted electronically on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. This would mean that my scores would be sent 12/28 or 12/31. I know that this is the deadline for Test Scores to be sent in, but the Office of Admissions is closed 12/24 - 1/1. Would they make it there in time? I am not sure if the fact that they are closed would matter or not. I did a lot of prep work for that test, and I was getting 32 and 33 on the practice tests. When I took the December one, I didn't do very well because I stopped doing the prep work.</p>

<p>They should get it. Even if they get it late, I would be surprised if they didn't accept it because of a delay that is 100% ACT's fault. If a few days after December 31st they still don't have the scores call the admissions office and explain the situation.</p>

<p>ACT is very good with getting scores out though. UF got mine from October before I even got the chance to see them!</p>
