<p>ARG, do some of you read? I got mine done the first day it was out and I was STILL refused second semester MAP grants. EVERYONE at a Illinois university has NO second semester MAP grant money. The people who applied late got NO money at all. So everyone still got cut, not just the late applications.</p>
