135,000 dollars or a top 35 university education?

Do NOT make your decision on the basis of pre-med. Someone here before had the right idea. I was in very similar shoes last year, and I chose to go to the honors program at my state school (UF), where I did not want to go, for the sake of money, parents, and grad school.

I completely regret my decision. I'm unhappy here, and applying for transfer. Forget about any preconceived notions of what you want to do, or what you should do. Go where you know you'll be happy, end of story. This isn't just college, it's the rest of your life.

Based only on what you said, it sounds as if Bing or Stony Brook make sense. You didn't mention really wanting to get out of state or go to a private school. If you do want to go private, applying to places that give lots of merit aid makes sense. Case Western, Tulane, and Ohio Wesleyan may be worth looking at.

Ohio Wesleyan gives a lot of merit aid but only to students with exceptional academic statistics. The average Joe Shmoe gets $6000 of aid, which is really not much of money given the sticker price for OWU. What are the OP's stats?
