<p>If that's just Math and Verbal combined, then it's high. If it's all three sections (Math, Verbal, and Writing), then it is below average.</p>

<p>1390/1600 = 3-5% of people did better than you (depending on WR score)</p>

<p>i got that on my psats but after studying i now have (from practice tests) 1930, you have hope. Don't worry, you can get it up, just study from one book.</p>

<p>Considering the way you ask I am guessing that 1390 is your total combined score. In that case yes it is rather low and I suggest you retake.</p>
