If you can, send both. Your SAT shows excellence in math, the ACT shows excellence in English. If you can send only one, send the ACT, because science is the least important section.
are you asking which seems to be a better score to submit? I would guess the SAT, but I am sure Google can tell you which of the two is a more rarefied score as an absolute percentile.
As least when speaking about your composite scores, a 1520 converts to 34. So neither composite is really better than the other. I would send both. Great Scores by the way!
The scores are comparable. Note that ACT score has a wider range even at 34 (33.5-34.25) composite. Your two test scores complement each other and you should send in both if you can afford it. Schools do not superscore between the two test, but they may look at section scores separately.
My boys are similar 1520 (800M; 720W/R) and 35 ACT; and 1540 (790M; 750W/R) and 35 ACT. They each sent both scores in because we felt that they complemented each other since both equally strong. Good luck!
