I also thinking about doing theatre, cheer, and intramural tennis. Does this seem doable? Also, I don't need to party every night, but having a social life (going out or hanging out with friends) is important to me.

Also, I took AP Bio last year, and while that obviously isn’t as in depth as College Bio, I think it’ll help, especially with labs. I didn’t take the AP test, however, because I’m pre-med, and med. schools prefer for reqs. to be done in college.

it seems fine to me as long as you you set time every night to study. studying comes before social events so you should never have to cram for a test.

I mean, I suppose if it becomes too stressful, I could always take the Bio lab senior year, as the lecture and the lab are not joint. So, this schedule seems not extremely overwhelming? Obviously, the transition from high school to college is hard enough. I just don’t want to overwhelm myself.

I’ll talk to my advisers and see what they think. Maybe I’ll take a Bio 2 lab 2nd semester freshman year and a Bio 1 lab 1st semester of my senior year.

i think it is best to take the lab while taking the lecture so lab work will be easier when the lecture already explained what everything is. and the lecture book has useful information that isn’t in the lab manual and if you sell that book then you won’t have it and will have to buy it when you get the lab later and you probably won’t remember much of the lecture if you wait 3 years to take it. don’t wait for senior year just take it next semester if you don’t want to take it now. although i always though labs were easy.
