I was at orientation a few days ago and they kept saying that 14-16 credits is a good amount for an incoming freshman, however I've pretty well finalized my schedule how I like it and it amounts to 17 credits, one of those being from the UROP seminars; does anyone know if those have homework? These are the classes I was planning on:

Slavic 151
Anthropology 101
Italian 103
Bio 171

I'm not really worried about any individual class being difficult but I don't know if my high school workload has prepared me for college. Will this be manageable while adjusting to college? I'll also be working about 10 hours for UROP to cover my work-study. Thanks!
