18 days until ED decisions...

I don't know about anyone else, but I am crossing off the days until December 1! I am so nervous!

Me too! I’m praying that I get in!

I’ve been trying to ignore it, but I’ve also been trying to check these forums every day :D

Good luck to you all!

Me too! My twin (hillbyrd305) and I have been counting down the days until the decisions for the past week. It’s driving me insane; I just want to know!

I don’t know what I’m going to do if I’m deferred…4 more months of waiting might make me go insane! niahdchick305, it’s so cool that you guys are twins-- you can share your nerves with someone :)

I’m so nervous to find out too! But I think it may end up being 18-24 days until we hear. You see, on W&M’s website it says that letters are sent in early (and in some places it states the first week of) December; that means it could end up being around December 6 or December 7. I’m expecting my letter to come fairly late in the week, since I live in Alaska. It must be before December 9 though, because starting that day you can contact Admissions to retrieve your decision.

I really hope I get in ED… My SATs are too low to get accepted in the Regular Decision applicant pool!

I got my letter on the 5th of December last year and the waiting was killing me! But point being, don’t expect to hear any news on the 1st of December itself! Also, I do remember the people who heard back news earliest tended to be those who were deferred or rejected last year- maybe something to do with the smaller envelope size traveling faster in the mail system? Who knows. But good luck to everyone!

We do not yet have an exact date that notifications will be delivered. We know it will be early December. When notifications are released we will post that information on our Undergraduate web site and our Facebook/Twitter pages.

There is no official date when you can contact us if you haven’t yet received a decision. We tell applicants that if they have not heard from us one week after decisions are released they can contact us. That date isn’t determined until we release notifications.

Good luck to all of you!

I got mine on Dec. 2nd (two years ago) and I live in Williamsburg!

Good luck to you all :)
