1800s to 2250 in 1 summer - is it possible?? How?

<p>I scored a 650 CR, 580 M, 600W without studying. I want a 2250 by the SAT testing date... how can I do this?</p>

<p>Study. Practice tests. Make a rap song on SAT vocabulary. Make a song on functions/graphing/parabolas rules… =) hehe. idk.</p>

<p>ya just take a lot of practice tests. If you just look around this site, you’ll hear of all the improvement stories with people starting off with much lower scores.</p>

<p>I took the SAT in May and got a 1700 which I don’t think will be enough to get me into the school I want. I have the whole summer and a month or two at the beginning of the school year to get (properly)ready for it. I didn’t study or prep at all the first time and I regret not doing so.
So far I have the following books:
BB
Grubers Sat Guide 2011
Barron’s 2400</p>

<p>Do you think this is enough to get at least an 1850 if I devote my time to studying the whole summer? Also, please add any other prep books you guys know of that seem to be the most help in raising one’s score. I also plan on buying Princeton Review 2012. :)</p>

<p>The best thing to do is to use the best prep materials and the bb practice test.
I prefer Dr John Chung SAT Math

<p>There are many resources on this website that can be very helpful. For example, I used this guide to increase my essay score from 8 on the January test to 11 on the May test.

Simply prepare your examples by knowing everything about them and write lots of practice essays.
