1830 on SAT reasoning test.

640 - Critical Reading
600 - Math
590 - Writing

I want to do Pre-Med. Is this a good score enough? And what universities can/should I apply to? Preferably in California, Texas, New York, or Massachusetts. But any state is alright. (And if the university offers second/spring semester admissions, that would be awesome.)

Please help. Thank you.
And is this score the SAT 1 good? OR should i give it again? :(

You can do pre-med with any SAT score. You just need to find a college that will accept you for their pre-med program. Pre-med isn’t exclusive, really, you just need to get into a college that has the pre-med track.

Canisius College in Buffalo NY would accept you and they have a pretty good premed program

You can easily get into a top 50 school with that score if your other credentials are solid.

Syracuse Uni in New York
U Mass - Amherst

fixed that for you

I think you have a better chance than possibly. If your GPA is at least 3.6, you’re fine. Really.
