Considerring the admission release date is by Apr.1st, is that a package of admission decision????</p>

<pre><code> USC sends international students a DHL notification a package is on the way to them. It is a one pound package which includes a beautiful folder with the USC seal, a formal letter of congratulations, a certificate and information on housing, etc.
Due to language differences abroad it has been found to be safer to inform students in advance the package is in the mail for them.

<p>If I got a rejection box that weighed one pound and had papers that all said NOOO!!! I’ld get over it pretty quick. Too busy laughing xD
But alas colleges send you one very depressing letter to reject you. It’s probably an acceptance.
