<p>Hi, currently my application is under review at Madison. My GPA is 4.2, SAT 1960, I have very good ECs/recs, and I am an OOS applicant. This semester, it looks like I am going to get all As and a B in Statistics (math has never been my strong point). I was curious if the admissions officers are going to look at my first semester grades in determining admission. Thanks all</p>
<p>UW only uses UNweighted grades.</p>
<p>If your cumulative GPA improves (showing an upward trend), definitely send them in asap. Try to let them know first by e-mail.</p>
