My daughter flies home on Sunday. I can hardly believe that her first year is done, the year has gone by so fast.

I totally understand your happiness. I am so looking forward to having her home for a while.

Daughter is driving home with her dad, will arrive tomorrow. She’s happy to be coming home but also sad to leave school and her new friends. Which makes me happy–she has never felt that way about a school, certainly not her old high school. It means She truly is at the best place for her, and for that I am so grateful.

Yes, yes. My son is coming home today. I am so happy!!! Looking back it has been a long year. It will be good to have him home for 3 months, although he will be busy.

No more freshman angst, only Sophomore angst! :)

Yes, less than 24 hours till my D’s homecoming and I can’t barely sit still. It has been a challenging year, but that’s what we all wanted :)

I love seeing parents excited to see their kids again - KNOW HOW EXCITED WE ARE TO COME HOME, TOO! :D

tomthecat - thanks. good to know how a student feels. (thurston - you will be surprised my son knows you!!) haha - have a good summer
