What are my chances at:
UW-Madison
UM-Twin Cities
NYU
Marquette U.
Boston U.
Philadelphia U.
U Chicago

Get those test scores up, and I would say you have a legitimate shot at all the colleges you list, if your essays are great. (especially for UChicago)

UW-Madison good
UM-Twin Cities should be good
NYU reach
Marquette U. good
Boston U. :) :) :) over 1900 and you should be fine
Philadelphia U. ........
U Chicago big reach

erm, why Philadelphia U? I live in the area and I dont know a single person who attended, let alone applied. why?

it depends on how the colleges will view him as, either a domestic applicant or a international applicant. if these colleges qualify you as an international applicant, you'll have a hard time getting into those schools as many international applicants are more qualified. to be blunt, i think you're setting your standards a bit too high and should look for more schools ranked lower than those you chose already. your EC's are something to rave about, but your sat/act scores are very lack-luster. what i'm basically saying is set your standards lower and apply to a few colleges that might be reaches for you.

Well of course I am applying to lower ranked colleges, its just that most people don't really know them. Like UW LaCrosse UW Eau Claire, etc. These are just my dream schools.
