<li>i read in the official act prep book that some test center outside U.S. won’t let you write on the test booklet. is this true? if so, where did you take the test and did you use the scratch papers?</li>

2) umm i cant answer this one because i'll be taking my first real test in september. but im sure where i live (PA) we can write on the test booklet</p>

<li>its random. depending on what you are good at. geometry (question 3) may be hard for you, but trig/precal (question 60) may be a breeze. you never know! ;)</li>
<li>everyone in the US can write in their book. outside of the US, you cant for some reason</li>
