Some of the 2/c have this TRNG between 6-10June. Does any know what this Trng consist of and when they will be able to depart on the 10th?

From the subject of your post, it looks like Anti-terrorism and Force Protection training.

Isn’t this part of PROTRAMID for the second class? - at least last year it was one of the Protromid weeks. 1 week in Annapolis for AntiTerrorism, 1 week with Marines, 1 Week with Naval Aviation Unit and 1 Week with Sub unit. East or West Coast depending. Block one training does not finish until June 19th http://www.usna.edu//Commandant/Docs/Parents_Letter_8MAY09.pdf

so is there not SWO training with protramid?

From what I understand, PROTRAMID now includes a week of surface (at the request of COMNAVSURFOR). A few years ago, this was not the case for PROTRAMID but CORTRAMID (equivalent summer training program for NROTC) did include a week of surface.

No more Actramid?

Current MIDN will have to answer that. But from what it looks like, it has been axed.

It makes coordinating MIDN training harder, because you have the actual cruises (called PACTRAMID/LANTRAMID) coordinated through Fleet Commanders and then PROTRAMID/CORTRAMID coordinated through NAVSURFPAC or NAVSURFLANT. In other words, you have to deal with 2 different entities and accommodate during the same time periods.
