2 last names

<p>My Bolivian passport has two last names, but I have always used my father's last name on my school records and such.</p>

<p>Do I have to put both last names on the common app or should I just stick with the one I used to avoid any possible confusion?</p>

<p>I’d put both on the Common App. Whatever you do, it’s how the school will know you from now on.</p>
