2 Math Classes?

I’m currently a high school junior, and as of now I am planning to take Calc BC and AP Stats next year (BC is the highest math class at my school). So far, I have taken Bio Honors, Chem AP, and AP Physics. Should I switch one of my math classes with Bio AP or Enviro AP? At my school, Bio AP is probably the class with the worst teacher, both grading-wise and in general, and I really really don’t want to experience her during my last year of high school. However, I do want to go into medicine, but people tell me that you can do premed with Chemistry. So, if I want to go into medicine and I’m trying to apply to Ivy League schools, should I switch?

About half of med school students did not major in a science (and there is no major called ‘pre-med’, although many universities have ‘pre-med’ advising). There is a very well defined set of classes that you have to take in college in order to qualify as a med school applicant, with only minor variations between med schools, and beyond that you can do what you like in college, and one of them is Bio. So, doing AP bio might make intro bio in college easier, but you will still have to do it.

IMO (since you asked) you only get to do high school once. Yes, the most selective colleges want to see that you have pushed yourself, and yes if all you talk about in your essays is how you want to go into medicine someone may notice that you haven’t done AP Bio. But Stats (though some people are sniffy about it) is actually a useful thing to have done, and it is an AP, and the decision about whether to admit you is not gong to hang on whether you took AP Stats or AP Bio.
