I plan on attending two different schools next year- one in the Fall and one in the Spring. Will this mess up my federal aid? My EFC is 0 and I normally get the full Pell Grant and a Supplemental Grant. Will I get these for both schools? Will I just get these for the Fall semester? Or will it be split in 2?

The Pell is split by semester. You will get a semester’s worth of pell in the fall at school A. Then you will get the remaining pell for the Spring semester at school B.

By supplemental grant , do you meant the SEOG? If so, the SEOG is a campus based program and each school gets only a limited amount of seog and once they have awarded that $xxx of seog they can get no more. Each school determines how they will award the seog, and also what their maximum seog will be (at my daughter’s school the max is $2000, at my son’s it was $100). The amounts the 2 schools award as seog will probabaly be different, and their criteria may be different. If you are eligible for it at school B it is likely you will not get it for the spring as they may have already awarded all their seog funds for the year.
