2 questions Re: reporting the scores

1) Collegeboard offers to send the obtained scores for us. How does this work for Regular Decision applicants? I mean, if they send the October results before the school has my file, won't it be a bit useless? Or do they have some sort of score-collecting database?

2) I am currently on a gap year. Since I am no longer enrolled in high school but the last school I was at is still responsible for sending my transcript, do you have any idea how I could send them official copies of my score?
I realize there's a section in the registration form asking for the name of your high school.. but it'd be a bit 'incorrect' to cite the school I graduated from. No?

Thanks.

1) The colleges that you are sending your scores to will keep your scores on file, even if you have not applied yet.

2) What do you mean by official copies of your score?

I don't know, I figured they wouldn't take my word for it and might require some official document with my score on it. Will the results be available online?

i'm so sorry if my questions are silly. i'm really new to all of this.

If your former HS will not send your scores, the college board will. They send 4 from every registration then you pay for any additional after that.

on the registration, could you put graduation date as 06/08 or whatever?

i'm going to coerce my old highschool counsellor into clearing things up for me better.
Thanks very much, caramellatte ^^
