2 Questions!

heyy!
1) when all of us "new students" move in on august 18th, will returning students be moving in that day as well?

2) (possibly a stupid question) do any of the libraries at Cornell have fiction books, memoirs, etc. etc.? in other words, leisure reading materials. or is it mostly books that are helpful with research and paper writing?

Returning students don't have to come back until classes start, as far as I know (unless they're orientation leaders). I will be coming up late on the 18th or on the 19th to avoid all the congestion from the mass move ins on North campus. A few of my friends and I are coming up early to basically catch up and get wasted.

I'm sure they do...but I've only been to the library twice, because I do all of my work in my dorm, lol.

1) Orientation leaders have to be there on the 12th, freshmen on the 18th, and upperclassmen anytime before the 24th.

2) It's one of the largest university library systems. It has 7.6 million books of all types. I'm sure you'll find something interesting.

orientation leaders and RAs will be there, and anybody who wants to come back early. returning students move in whenever they want before classes. however, you won't see them moving in on north, because virtually none live there.

the library system is enormous. we even have harry potter. there also is interlibrary-loan with the all the other ivies, except harvard, which thinks it's too cool to share with the rest of the ancient eight. This yields a total of 88 million volumes available within 4 working days.
