In my school it seems like anyone with over a 95 avg plans on applying to gu. My school is also known for sending VERY few kids to gu. If 15 kids apply will the admissions office look at all 15 and decide to only take a certain number or will they look at each application seperately and make their decision without looking at how many other kids applied from the same school? Also I'm thinking about applying to nhs but since gu is a reach for me im nervous that it may be harder to get into nhs than the college. Does anyone know if this is true?

I can almost gurantee you that Georgetown will not take all 15 kids from your school... unless your school has had a long relationship with Georgetown by sending a number of strong applicants... but I will tell you that Georgetown will definitely consider your application individually, although it may end up being compared to the other 14 kids... and it also matter which school you apply to... though less and less these days...
