I'm about to begin yet another FAFSA, but with a couple of new twists this year, and I'm hoping some kind parent would answer a couple of my questions. 1) Is there some mechanism for filing the same parent information on two children in the online-FAFSA (which I've used successfully before) without retyping everything? This may be obvious when I get into it--I get frustrated with their FAQs, etc., because they assume that the student is the one filling out the form. 2) Child #1 was in school during the fall, is not currently in school, but plans to return next fall (or possibly even summer term). So--don't I need to go ahead with his FAFSA as if he was going to be in school this term, so that it will be in place when he does need it? Also, can I list him as a "student" member of our household if he is taking this term off to work?

Once you finish one FAFSA thesre is a question to recopy it for a second child. We somehow x-ed the page off and were never able to take the shortcut. The renewal FAFSA was a royal pain as it kept plugging in its own numbers totally confusing us. My D's one went smoothly.

Thanks, I'll watch for that--any answers on question 2?

Yes he is a student for the fall, I wrote my senior this year as attending for next and yes fill it out . I'm not sure if I answered your question.
