Hi, I became a Questbridge finalist and submitted an essay with these two typos: I’m scared that my ranked colleges won’t accept me because of these 2 typos: “math is athe universal language” and “The Korean adaptations"s soundtrack.”
I let someone comment on my essay and I guess when they made a suggestion, it left both my original word and her suggestion, creating a typo. Will this really hurt me cuz they’ll think I didn’t care enough to double check? (I did check but like :///)
This question literally comes up hundreds of times each year. It’s not a big deal. If colleges rejected every applicant with a typo, they would not be able to fill their class.
Chill. Read the “clam fart” thread here. He was accepted.
