2 years of Foreign Language is OK for UC?

<p>I am a junior now, and taking 2nd year of Spanish class. In my school only two years of Spanish is offered.</p>

<p>UC requires two years of foreign language, but recommends three years of foreign language. How will my application for UC be affected by not taking the third year of Spanish. I am gonna apply for UCSD and UCLA engineering.</p>
