<p>So I was accepted! but I'm really hoping that an Ivy will take me. If that happened I would not attend UF. </p>
<p>My question is this: If I pay the $200 by March 4, and the unlikely event that I get into, say Princeton, occurs, can I get a refund? And conversely, if I don't put the payment down, will I be SOL when it comes to housing if I do end up going to UF?</p>

<p>If there is any chance you plan to live on-campus, then pay the $200 on time. If you pay it late or mail it March 5, they will change your priority date to March 5th or whatever date you mailed the payment in. I know its a ripoff. I thought the same thing, but housing is in high demand so they dont care. As stated above, you will get a refund with deductions.</p>

Pay the $200 now
If you don’t to to UF, you get $150 of it back if you cancel before mid May? (not sure on the cancellation date).</p>
