HELP NEEDED!!!

Hey I completely understand your EC dillema. I moved from America to Germany after grade 9, and found that 99.9% of the ECs that are available in America aren't available abroad. I have about the same stats as you (2 A*, 1 A, 2 B at IGCSE, 2010 SAT, 40 IB points, MUN, basketball), but I am an american citizen. As far as I understand, colleges want to see that you made yourself as much a part of your community as possible. So if there werent as many ECs open to you, yet you did what you could, you should be ok. And often, the counselors of international schools write in your reccomendation that, as an int. school, you didn't have as many opportunities. if you've truly done your best, dont worry! PM me if you need anything. best of luck.

you probably have a good chance at w&l. when i visited this summer, a professor explained they're very generous to international students b/c the school lacks diversity.

i have exactly the same problem as u do. my school doesnt offer any "clubs" or more than 2-3 APs.. neways.. my mom's friend's son got into harvard with almost no ECs..with 2000+ Sat scores. ;) so i guess we both still have some hopeeg
