<p>I just got the new MSAR book and I have honestly never been more discouraged. EVERY program has seen a tremendous increase in apps, while the amount of spots offered has decreased a crapload.
Can anyone inform me regarding this---NU said 17 people entered HPME, do they offer more seats than this or what?</p>
