<p>I called and got that response. I'm just as disappointed as everyone else who hasn't heard tonight! I tried to search last year's threads to find Penn's time frame for decisions but was unsuccessful.</p>

Penn made a program so that every time you log onto your site to check for decisions, it DELAYS your decision for XX hours.</p>
