Do they mail you the decision then post it online?

guys..... those who received rejection letters...
when was it postmarked?
also, are your decisions posted on-line?

it was postmarked the 19th, which was yesterday.
decisions are still not posted online.

Just a question. If they don't post the decisions online, then doesn't the online decision totally looses its functions?

postmarked the 19th and it isn't online

They deliever mail on the weekends?

on saturday at least...

bumpitybump, did you get a decision from Penn?

oh.... and you guys all live close to PA?
I guess I'll have to wait til like next Friday for it to arrive...
doh!!

nop, I am in Taiwan rite now! FAR FAR away!

o no coolant, didn't- not anxious in anyway either since it's probably a rejection~

Does Penn Do Priority Mail For Accepts?????? Anyone

Crap these are all rejections now??? Crap.

I know, I feel hopeless already! Do PENN accept or reject students first?

On the first batch, there were a lot of acceptances and a few rejections who wrote on this board.

listen,, no offense to anyone here, but the 2 that got rejected, were by no means "sure" candidates. They had below par stats for Upenn, which were good in their own right, but not as high as penn usually takes. I don't take these 2 rejectiosn to mean anything for me at least. I have made it to Columbia and Duke waitlist, and at an ivy league right now (not to brag), but to point out that you can't infer much from this.

ummm no one is a sure candidate Ivy League Applicant or no Ivy League Applicant.

actually, 2 of my friends that were admitted to penn last year were not from ivy leagues or top schools. they were from schools you've never even heard of and their stats weren't as "stellar" as yours bball. you never know with ivy admissions.

and bball, you said you're not trying to brag? no offense, but all you do is brag about how you're from cornell and how you have some sort of special research scholarship.

anyways, good luck to everyone else. i know how anxious and nervous you all are right now. i'm just glad i finally found out and i can now move on.

Congrats, the waiting process for you can come to an end! Waiting is a painful process!
