lol I love how none of us are probably technically-able enough to handle the bbc htmksdjfkls whatever format it is.

let's do this

Has anyone actually received their letter?

I have received my letter THRICE in my dreams, but the real letter has yet to come, sadly.

Once in my dream (rejected). I also dreamt I would have school today (despite the snow), but I didn't. Hopefully my karma doesn't wear off.

No I think people will start receiving the letters tomorrow and Saturday. At least that is the consensus in the Notre Dame forum. (They also sent out their letters today.)

I better get mine by Saturday or I'm going to freak out. I can't wait until Monday.

Then again, my deferral isn't going to make me very happy, so....

hey can we add what gtown school we applied/were accepted to?

if you're talking about which one you applied to, i think there's another thread for that... but yeah the gist of this one is talking about your stats and your decision

yeah, she means when you post stats and the decision, also include the school you were accepted or deferred from. For example and acceptance from NHS and SFS, although both amazing and commendable, could be a very different story.

Decision: ACCEPTED!!!!!!!!

*Extracurriculars: xc, speech, amnesty

*Other Factors: great interview

*ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: IM SO HAPPY! I JUST GOT AN EMAIL!

Just to make things a little more organized, you may want to list the school that you applied for (COL - The College, MSB - The McDonough School of Business, SFS - School of Foreign Service, NHS - Nursing and Health Studies).

Good luck, future Hoyas.

Sorry, I applied for the SFS.
Good luck everyone!!

They send emails with your decision?

maybe because i'm an international applicant and they couldn't stagger the letters to make sure i got the decision near the on/ near the 15th?

Good point :) Congratulations!

Yeah, I'm applying from Geneva, Switzerland and I got an email too.

Other factors: the glamour shot I attached to the application?

Additional Comments: yay? Georgetown was like a low match/safety...I'm happy that I have a great backup in case I don't get into my first choice (Princeton)

goddamn, why couldnt they send emails to EVERYONE! i cant take the anxiety!

good luck with princeton subjunctively, thats also my top choice

Congratulations tokyochic and subjunctivity! I am home from work today and keep running to the mailbox to see if a letter arrived for my son. I won't open it though .... it would just be good to know that it has arrived. Can't wait for everyone to get home from school today to see who else has made it!
