<p>To x Chu x, no it is not posted yet. But it was the spoken word of an adcom. I hope she/he/it had her/his/their information correct. I am not to be held accountable come may if we actually accepted 98% of applicants with a 15 ACT average, but I felt morally obligated to share this with the public and tax payers of Wisconsin. </p>
