<p>I don't think Davis can really jump that much anymore. Its back to what I would consider its rightful place after the little fiasco with the ranking error, but, lets see, its 42 right now, and UCSD is 38. While its open to discussion, I think UCD is not going to, in the immediate future, be beating UCSD. It's close, admittedly, but the factors you mentioned aren't the only things they consider. For now, I think UCD is going to just stay at its ranking with respect to the other UCs.</p>
