Hope I am allowed to post this link. It lists the mainstage productions for Muhlenberg this coming year. There are many exciting things happening, including the world premiere of a new musical.

If they take the link away you can find the info on the school of theatre and dance website.

Aw… thanks for the link anothermom-w-q; it’s rather exciting to see my D’s name up. I’m still trying to figure out if I’m going to take a sneak trip out there to see her play, since she’ll be in London.

I didn’t want to spill the beans too much, but Teriwitt’s D had her play selected for the New Voices production in the fall.

I hope to get out to see those. It’s at times like this I wish Allentown were a few miles away, and not 2,700. Since this is my D’s senior year, I think I will be visiting 5 times or so, there are so many milestones to see.

She doesn’t get to see the production? Wow, that is a real trade-off, London V.s. seeing your play being produced.

Yea, I know this happened to at least one other kid last year. At least she will not have left before they have auditions so she’s looking forward to consulting on that with the director. I think she’s hoping to also stick around for the first couple of rehearsals, too, before heading across the pond.

I can’t believe your D is a senior. It seems like we just met on CC and she was just finishing up her freshman year. How bittersweet!

teriwtt - Congratulations to your daughter on having her play selected!

It is bittersweet. But she is starting to make long term plans. She wants to move to LA, get an apartment and start taking auditions there. At least that is closer to home than NYC!
