<p>For all who are wondering, the 2009 application is now up.</p>
<p>will it be too late to apply in the end of october? because i still need to take the SAT and ACT then wait for the scores come out.</p>
<p>^I shouldn't think that applying by the end of October would be any problem. My daughter (HS class of '07) submitted her app. in early November, her HS sent all her materials in by around the middle of the month and she received her acceptance right after Thanksgiving weekend. Good luck on the tests and with your application.</p>

<p>^Indicate that you want the scores to be sent to PSU so College Board can just send your scores as soon as possible.</p>

<p>aah, im so excited to finally apply to PSU!!! I started filling out the basic information for the online application. Is anyone else applying in august/sept.? I'm actually not to fond of this online process because when I tried to fill out the activities portion of the app it will only let me input a small amount of info. For example, for FBLA i was going to put that I was treasurer/reporter/2nd place regional/10th place SLC in the awards section, but it doesn't let you put a lot of info in the box. Is this ok if I don't put all of this information down? It kind of makes me angry because you try to go above and beyond for college purposes...and it won't even fit in the application. I dont know....I may be losing my mind. jeez.</p>

<p>corker7890 - I don't think all that is necessary. Just pick out one or two things and put it down...not that it would make a difference anyway.</p>

<p>it's one of the most prestigious honors colleges in the country. i went to the SHC preview at PSU and the admissions guy for SHC said they don't look at standardized test scores. They really consider GPA, recommendations, essays, and difficulty of courses. It's very selective.</p>
<p>I just sent my SAT scores and online application. Now I have to get the counselor to fill out his part and send in transcript...</p>
