2009 Early Decision Notifications (Mailed by Dec. 15, 2008)

I dont think I will be brave enough to search my name on that email thing. If it turns out I get rejected, I will be too crushed to continue with school. Ill just wait for the email.

You guys?

I'm still debating as to whether I should do it. If I do, I'm definitely gonna wait until I know for sure that the accounts are up, though. That way there will be no doubt that I got rejected.

I'm too afraid to use that search thing. I'm just waiting for the mail.
Good luck! 6 days!

@ rodney: are you sure? Does this actually apply to ED?

i just called the admission office to change the address where my decision will be mailed to..

the lady said that they will be posted online on saturday

i'm shaking :(

Thanks for the info! I'm so nervous too lol! But, you just gotta try to relax and go with whatever happens. :)
At least I know a few kids who are going to my 2nd choice that I was already accepted to. I really hope I get into Lehigh though, lol.

I don't really want to read it online. I wanna get the letter. I'm definitely gunna be trying to decide whether or not to check online on saturday haha

lehighgirl: yes, it worked for ED last year.

Saturday is only four days away! That's far too soon!

If I don't get in I honestly don't know what I'm going to do.

Just got the following email update from Lehigh Admissions:

:o

i got the same one :)

yea got that only have to wait until saturday i wish that query worked

I got that too. Anyone have any idea what time they'll be posted at? Knowing my sleeping habits I'll be awake well into early Saturday morning.

Probably wont be posted until later on in the day. I doubt they will have it set to automatically put them up at midnight. lol :P

Anyone else get that email about how they are posting decisions online on the 13th? ...so exciting!!!!

haha sorry a little late on my last response but yeah I got it also

Just wondering, did that email go to the email address you gave Lehigh University on your application? Because I have not received the email. It probably got sent to another email address that I put it under. Also, let me know when any of you can check the Email Database to see if your account was made or not!

it got sent to the email that you provided to the common application to lehigh. I keep contact with the admission officer through a different email address, so I'd figure thats the case.

Ugh this is so scary. I have a feeling that I will get in because everyone keeps telling me I'll get in but it still isn't 100% sure. I am dying over here, I cannot wait any longer for the 13th to come! Does anyone know if they will be listed at 12:00 AM on Saturday or will it be something like 6 AM or somewhere in the morning?

I don't even know, man.

And I'm in the same situation. All of my friends tell me I'll get in no problem while I seem to be the only person who thinks that I won't. It's my class rank that kills me. I'm still in the top 25% of my class, but really I should be top 10% easily.

My school is just so small and inflexible that I was unlucky with getting the classes I signed up for, and class rigor is a big part of the ranking system. My guidance counselor said he would explain this in his letter of recommendation, and I'm basically taking the hardest schedule I possibly can this year and getting high A's, but still.

I just can't stop thinking about it. It's killing me.
