Of course you do. Fame! Fortune! Et cetera!</p>
<p>Did you know that JKim got her totally sweet post-graduation job completely as a result of being a blogger? (Bet you didn’t.)</p>
<p>So, I got my job mostly by emailing the CEO of this cool-sounding start-up and saying, “Hey, can I have a job?”</p>
<p>The other day this conversation happened:</p>
<p>Me (re: how I ended up here): “By the way, I can’t believe that worked.”
Boss: “Well I didn’t just hire you as some random person from the internet. I’ll have you know that I googled you extensively.”
Me: “And what did you find?”

<p>Seriously, you can’t make this stuff up.</p>
