Taking the format from a previous poster (Akward13). My heartfelt congratulations to Each and Everyone of you. How super awesome you all are!!. Continued success.

So.....Where are you heading this Fall?

Well, here are the ones that I know:

ksarmand: Harvard

justadream92: Stanford

BeautifulNerd219: Princeton

Mouse121992: Cornell

glitterzisgold: Princeton

gigi2010: Cornell

And that’s it for now. Guys, please complete the list. :)

Ksarmand was correct. I chose Cornell. Big Red all the way!

^CRIMSON IS COOLER, Mouse.
'sides, just look at that beautiful alliteration!

^Just remember who’s on the cool side of Cambridge.

ksarmand: Harvard

justadream92: Stanford

BeautifulNerd219: Princeton

Mouse121992: Cornell

glitterzisgold: Princeton

gigi2010: Cornell

Millancad: MIT

^John Harvard is the ultimate stud muffin, dear. That trumps any coolness given by location.

I’m so offended that ksarmand didn’t add me to the list. Columbia!

:( Don’t be; the CC world and real life don’t overlap for me much.

ksarmand: Harvard

justadream92: Stanford

BeautifulNerd219: Princeton

Mouse121992: Cornell

glitterzisgold: Princeton

gigi2010: Cornell

Millancad: MIT

Obstinate: Columbia (obviously the best school here)

LOL i’m going to princeton review’s number one ranked “Dream School” for 2010 … i think “the farm” is where its at ! haha (no bias intended … we’re all going to wonderful places)

I feel like the first few responses in here may have made it an intimidating list for people not headed to HYPSMC or Ivies.

I am not in love with the school I am going to but big red all the way…whoo hoo…

ksarmand: Harvard

justadream92: Stanford

BeautifulNerd219: Princeton

Mouse121992: Cornell

glitterzisgold: Princeton

gigi2010: Cornell

Millancad: MIT

Obstinate: Columbia

I certainly hope not; the purpose of this thread is to leave a record for 2015ers and other upcoming students and nothing more. We’re all anonymous here, so I don’t think it should be too much of a problem.

I think it’s obvious that Ezra Cornell> John Harvard. You can’t top “I would found an institution where any person can find instruction in any study” Besides, Cornell let in blacks from the beginning, however it was established in 1865.

Objectively speaking, the establishment of an institution many years after another - in this case, by over 200 years - would clearly indicate a different set of goals, ambitions, and views. Were there any institutions in 1636 that permitted those of African descent to attend?

But if that is the case, then why cite it as an example of the superiority of Cornell?

ksarmand: Harvard

justadream92: Stanford

BeautifulNerd219: Princeton

Mouse121992: Cornell

glitterzisgold: Princeton

gigi2010: Cornell

Millancad: MIT

Obstinate: Columbia

HBrown: Cornell

natemup: Pepperdine

KingJames91: Columbia

kafkareborn: UPenn (Wharton)

lapras: Brown

Seeme25: Columbia

Holy crap. This list is astounding. Hopefully I’ll go to one of these schools, be one of the few black people in my school to do so.

I’m amazed I’m only a freshman, but this list just gives me more reason to strive for excellence. It’s just simply astounding how far African-Americans have come in this country. I hope I’ll be able to achieve even half of the success you guys have achieved. congrats to you all–our future Black leaders! :)).

CONGRATS!!!

I am sorry Cornell rides the coattails of the Ivy League prestige which is why I don’t like it!

^Umm, excuse me I think this thread was made to inform future applicants where 2010 African American students are headed next year.

If you want to bash Cornell start another thread and bash away. THANK YOU!!!
