**2011 AP Comp. Gov Official Post-Test**

Thoughts?

I thought it was harder than what I expected it to be. I wrote a lot for the essays so that in case one of my answers were wrong, the other one would be accepted. :P

Please don’t openly talk about the questions until after the 48 hour period; I don’t want anyone to get in trouble. Just tell us what you thought. But after the 48 hour period, go crazy!

MC was a little harder than expected but not too bad. FRQs seemed hard and random but I felt pretty good about them when it was all over.

MC was a bit harder than expected. The FRQs werent that bad, but still a bit random.

i have a guaranteed 1 on that test. that was brutal.

MC was around 48-50
and I thought I could go for a 5

then the FRQ trolled me

it was fine I thought

@Asunder
my teacher told us that they don’t accept the “spare tire” answers anymore. if you don’t know what that means, it’s just when you puts lots of answers down and hope that one’s right.

anyways, the exam was harder than i though. the frq’s were pretty random to me. just wasn’t what i expected…

Same here, mc wasn’t all that bad, essays were as I expected, hard. Think I did alrigt though, reading through freedom house stuff last night really helped me on frqs.

Anybody know the curve and how to calculate your score? I’m thinking I missed maybe no more than 10 at worst on the MC and maybe like 60% ish on the frq total score. I think that’s a 5?

A few of the MCs were a little…extravagant, but the FRQs were seriously a little harsh in my opinion. The previous years’ exams were much easier than ours :|

@Black’s, around a ~70% on the MC constitutes a 5 in most cases!

stupid question, but i’m on the verge of panicking and weeping until i’m completely miserable. i’m not sure if i bubbled my MCQs till the end since for some reason, despite my paranoia and habit of checking, i didn’t do it today. i think i was more worried about some possible questions mistaken that i just didn’t check. do you think there’s any possibility that i could ask to look at my answer sheet just to know whether i did it or not? i don’t even care (well i do, but you get what i mean) if i were to have marked it wrong; i just want to know if i had so i don’t have to spend the next two months and possibly forever wondering in agony.

Black’s, it’s a point over a 5 on the 2006 test.

I think I missed 3 or 4 on MC, but seriously, the FRQ was hard. It’s terrible when you’re not sure about the questions, and then you come home and look it up and realize you got it wrong!!

All in all though, I think I did okay.

back to the spare tire answer thing they only accept extra examples if all of them are right.

They were seriously trying to make up for the guessing penalty.
I thought it was really hard… and the FRQ was a slap to the face.

What score do you think I’ll get from these possible scores:

45/55 on the MC
one-third of the FRQ points (I know, I did bad on this)

So would PMQ’s check the power of the executive?

oh my godddddd

LoL, I’m guessing I got 35/55 and like 70% of the essays. I didn’t even finish the damn MC…lol. I finished the essays early though surprisingly.
