Gahh I forgot the name of Kent State!!! AHHHH!!! I just said “student protests” like an idiot…

I was so close to yelling with happiness when i saw the FRQ that said to Analyze the origins and development of slavery!!!
I went over the top with this one.
I mentioned:
Headright System
Indentured Servants
Joint-Stock Company
Jamestown
Tobacco plantations
How Slaves were cheaper
Declaration of Independence
Bacon’s Rebellion
Stono’s Rebellion
How there were little rebellions after Stono’s Rebellion
The Harsh conditions of Jamestown
Quakers–who were amongst the first abolitionists
And there are 1-2 more things that i forgot.

Oh yeah I was going to ask about the prompt for question 3. Since it said “to the extent”, would it have been OK for me to argue that political parties actually DID NOT contribute to national unity? My arguments were differing views socially, politically, and economically and controversy over issues like states’ rights.

Thanks.

^That’s fine (though it’ll definitely be part of the minority). Extent can definitely be zero.

I also argued that they did not contribute to national unity. Looking at the posts of other people on this board, they also said they argued similarly.

^^ what they said i said they hurt national unity tremendously.
